General Terms of service.
“We” and “us” means TheSocialDataCo Pte Ltd (TSD)
“Customer” means the person placing an order.
“The contract is agreed” – by completing and submitting an electronic order form, Customer is making an offer to purchase products which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. An acceptance email from us confirms that the contract is formed.
Purchase and rental of products
1.1. Customer agrees to comply with any and all the guidelines, notices, operating rules and policies and instructions pertaining to the purchase of Products through Yogofi, as well as any amendments to the aforementioned, issued by Thesocialdataco Pte Ltd (TSD), from time to time. TSD reserves the right to revise these guidelines, notices, operating rules and policies and instructions at any time and Customer is deemed to be aware of and bound by any changes to the foregoing upon their publication on Yogofi.
1.2. Customer may place an Order by completing the Order form in Yogofi.
1.3. All Orders will be deemed to be irrevocable and unconditional upon transmission through Yogofi.
Delivery of products
2.1 An order form must be placed by the Customer before 5 PM (Singapore Standard Time) Monday to Friday (no orders are processed on weekends) in order to be prepared for standard delivery options which include courier’s delivery to the designated address by Customer order or self-pick-up. If the Customer’s order arrives after 5 PM, then the order will be processed on the next working day.
2.2 Address: Delivery of the products shall be made to the address Customer specified in the order
2.3 Delivery timeframe: Customer acknowledges that delivery of the products is subject to its availability. TSD will make every reasonable effort to deliver the product to Customer within the delivery timeframe stated on the relevant page on which the product is listed, but Customer acknowledges that while stock information on Yogofi mobile application is updated regularly, it is possible that in some instances a product may become unavailable between updates.
2.4. All delivery timeframes given are estimates only and delays can occur. If the delivery of the product is delayed, we will inform Customer accordingly via e-mail and the product will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available.
2.5. In the event Customer does not receive the product by the projected delivery date and provided that Customer informs TSD within 3 days immediately from such projected delivery date, TSD will try to locate and deliver the product. If TSD does not hear from Customer within 3 days from such projected delivery date, Customer shall be deemed to have received the product.
3.1. Customer must pay for the product and services using any of the payment methods prescribed by TSD from time to time. For registration and verification purposes , when Customer place an order, the Customer is required to provide credit card detail in case of loss or damage of device.
3.2. Prices throughout the Yogofi mobile application are quoted in Singapore dollars, and payment can only be accepted in Singapore Dollars. Packing and delivery costs, if any, will be added to the total price of Customer’s purchase.
3.3. While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our Yogofi mobile application are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products ordered are unavailable, Customer will be notified as soon as possible.
3.4. The price that Customer pay is the price of the products shown at the time Customer places an order, even if the price of the product has since changed.
3.5. For monthly recurring service plans, Customer will be charged on the first day of the month.
3.6. For daily recurring service plans, Customer will be charged based on the number of days selected when submitting an order.
3.7. The customer’s credit card will be debited upon successful placement of the order. The total minimum amount that will be charged is SGD10.
3.8. Where an offer mentions that an item is reduced in price, eg: half-price, the discount will be calculated at checkout before any postage or packaging charges are applied.
3.9. If Customer fail to make any payment pursuant to the terms and conditions of the payment method elected or payment is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, then without prejudice to any other right, TSD shall be entitled to cancel the order or suspend delivery of the products until payment is made in full.
Refund of payment
4.1. All refunds shall be made via the original payment mechanism and to the person who made the original payment.
4.2. We offer no guarantee of any nature for the timeliness of the refunds reaching Customer’s account. The processing of payment may take time and it is subject to the respective banks and/or payment provider internal processing timeline.
4.3. All costs associated with the refund process imposed by the processing bank and/or payment provider shall be borne by Customer.
4.4. All refunds is conditional upon our acceptance of a valid return of the product. We reserve the right to modify the mechanism of processing refunds at any time without notice. Refund fees are chargeable at 10%.
Return of device
5.1 Please select Return device and end the subscribed plan on the Yogofi app, pack the device and accessories in the return mailer bag. Yogofi will arrange a courier to you. You will be required to print the Airway bill as required and attach it to the parcel before giving it to the designated courier.
5.2 You will need to return the device within 5 days after you end the plan via the Yogofi app. A fee of SGD $200 will be imposed if the device is not returned or when there’s 7 days of non-usage. If there is any loss of or damage to the device, the following fees will be imposed respectively:

Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
6.1 ‘Unlimited’ service is not always without limits. The limits are set with a Fair Usage Policy, which is a set of rules that impose a threshold on the amount of units (minutes, seconds, kilobytes etc.) used by users of a service. This is normally imposed on those services that are termed ‘unlimited’ which would initially mean that the user can use as many/much of the offered service as they want.
6.2 Since abuse can happen, either intentional or non-intentional, the limit is imposed. As a limit of this abuse from one or a segment of the users, other users will be penalised. Also, the company offering the service loses as well. So, a fair usage policy stands as a means to avoid abuse and in the process protects the other consumers as well as the provider.
6.3 Renters are advised to take note of the data limit capped by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) Fair Usage Policy (FUP) in each country. The Internet Service Providers (ISP) implements a data limit to the user when a channel becomes overload and this limit varies in different countries, depending on their policy regulations.
6.4 The user may experience either slow data speed, temporarily idle for a period of time, if the data usage exceeded the assigned limit. The excess data will not incur additional cost on Customer’s rental rates.
Termination of service
7.1 If Customer has rented a device and wishes to terminate the service, Customer will need to end the service plan via the Yogofi mobile application and return the device to TSD. Recurring payment will ceases when Customer terminates the service plans and returns the devices. Customer may cancel the order before we dispatch the product by written notice to TSD through our Contact Us page within Yogofi mobile application. If the product has already been dispatched, Customer may not cancel the order but may only return the product.
